Another smoothie installment, this is another smoothie to help me in my weight-loss adventure. This, too, is quick and easy. Here is what you need:

- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 3 bananas, sliced
- 1 table spoon honey
- 2 cups ice
In a blender, combine pineapple juice, bananas, honey and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
